You pay the full price online when you book.

• More than 72 hours beforefull refund
• 72 to 48 hours before70% refund (30% fee)
• 48 to 24 hours before50% refund (50% fee)
• Less than 24 hours before, or no-showno refund

Flights and waiting time

• We follow your flight: if it lands late, we wait for you. A delayed flight is never a no-show.
• Free waiting time: 60 minutes from the actual landing at the airport, 15 minutes at hotels, ports and stations.
• Flight cancelled or diverted: tell us and we move your transfer to the new flight, or refund it in full.
