Cancellation policy
You pay the full price online when you book.
- More than 72 hours beforefull refund

Flights and waiting time
- We follow your flight: if it lands late, we wait for you. A delayed flight is never a no-show.
- Free waiting time: 60 minutes from the actual landing at the airport, 15 minutes at hotels, ports and stations.
- Flight cancelled or diverted: tell us and we move your transfer to the new flight, or refund it in full.

How our pricing works
What does a private driver on the Amalfi Coast cost? It depends on your day, so we quote each request individually. Prices are per vehicle, not per person: a family of four pays for one car, not four seats.
The main factors are the number of hours, the size of the vehicle, the season and date, and where the day starts and ends. A transfer from Naples airport is quoted differently from a full day on the coast.
What is usually included
Your quote lists exactly what is covered. As a guide, a private service includes the vehicle, the driver and the driving time agreed. Whether fuel, tolls and parking are included is stated in writing in each quote.
Not included unless the quote says so: entrance tickets, licensed tour guides, boat trips, meals and drinks, and extra hours beyond those booked.

Payment and cancellation
Fixed-price transfers booked online are paid in full by card when you book. For anything else, the price, payment and cancellation terms are set out in writing with your quote, before you confirm.
Cancellation of a transfer booked online, counted from the pick-up time:
- More than 72 hours before: full refund.
- 72 to 48 hours before: 70% refund (30% fee).
- 48 to 24 hours before: 50% refund (50% fee).
- Less than 24 hours before, or no-show: no refund.
Questions travellers ask
Why don’t you list fixed prices?
Because hours, group size, season and route change the price a lot. A written quote for your exact day is more useful than a figure that may not apply.
Is the price per person?
No. Private tours and transfers are quoted for the whole vehicle.
Are tolls and parking included?
Each quote states clearly whether fuel, tolls and parking are included.
What if we want to stay longer on the day?
Tell your driver. If the schedule allows, extra time can be added; how it is charged is written in your quote.
How do I pay?
Fixed-price transfers booked online are paid in full by card when you book. For a quote (groups of 3 or more, other routes), the payment terms are confirmed in writing before you book.
